Prices do not show any sign of slowing down as inventory remains extremely tight. The average sales price in the Puget Sound area jumped from $682k in June 2020 to $867k last month. That's an increase of 27%. And while there are more listings this June than last (6,087 vs 7,719) the supply of listed homes has dropped by 50% from 1.2 months to only .6 months (or just over 2 weeks).
